From July 16th to July 18th, all employees of Nanchang Beiote Medical Technology Co., Ltd. came to the revolutionary base area of Jinggangshan together to carry out a two and a half day group building tourism activity with the theme of "Returning to Jinggangshan, Beiote Creating Brilliance Again".
On the evening of July 16th, everyone came to the revolutionary base of Jinggangshan to experience the red cultural atmosphere together. Jinggangshan is not only historically famous, but also a beautiful green ecological attraction. Jinggangshan is a piece of red land; Jinggangshan is a green treasure trove. Jinggangshan is not only a tourist mountain, but also a cultural mountain, and a revolutionary mountain.
The next morning, everyone changed into Red Army uniforms and visited the Jinggangshan Museum, Beishan Martyrs Cemetery, and Ciping Former Residence. At the Martyrs' Cemetery, all personnel held a silent mourning ceremony and bowed deeply three times in honor of our martyrs. The Jinggangshan Museum displays images of the establishment and development of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, as well as the transfer of the main forces of the Red Army. The Beishan Martyrs Cemetery is composed of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall, Jinggangshan Stele Forest, Jinggangshan Sculpture Park, and Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Monument. By visiting the Martyrs' Cemetery in Beishan, we have come to understand the noble ideology of the Communist Party members, who hold their ideals high, aim high, save the country from extinction, save the people and save the country from danger, and dare to call for the sun and moon to exchange for a new sky. With a broad mind, fearless of sacrifice, and strong charisma, they have been able to continuously develop and grow, and capable people and patriots are flocking to them. We also have great aspirations, a high sense of social responsibility, and a mechanism for co creation and sharing of interests. As long as we plan properly, we will definitely break through the old situation and start a new one. Under the guidance of the tour guide, all the staff also visited Comrade Mao Zedong's former residence [Ciping Former Residence] and experienced the environment of the great man's hard work at that time.
On the afternoon of the 17th, after a rainy day, the weather was particularly beautiful. Under the leadership of several instructors, we began the team building and expansion activity. Firstly, we conducted a "team power circle", where everyone formed a circle and completed the corresponding actions under the guidance of the instructor. The team moved forward and backward together. Through this activity, we have come to realize that a team is a whole, and placing each person in the most reasonable position can achieve the best efficiency. Secondly, we also conducted the "Three Bay Adaptation" and "Field Rescue" projects, combined with the history of the struggle in Jinggangshan, to simulate the Red Army team, create a new era iron army team, and jointly complete the tasks assigned by the instructor. These two projects, through ideological mobilization, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and participation of personnel, and understand the significance of training. This expansion activity is of great significance, cultivating a team spirit of mutual trust, support, and gratitude. After dinner, under the guidance of the instructor and the chairman, we lit a bonfire and gathered together to sing the red classic!
On the morning of July 18th, under the guidance of our tour guide, we visited and toured one of the five major checkpoints, the Huangyang Realm in Chairman Mao's "Xijiang Moon Jinggangshan". We revisited the grain picking path of the Red Army of Zhu Mao, and also experienced the magnificent scenery of the Wulongtan Waterfall Group, which is deep and secluded in the canyon, with steep peaks, lush forests and fragrant flowers, and flying waterfalls. We also visited the former residence of Mao Zedong, Zhu De, and other leaders, as well as one of the important places where the Red Army carried out revolutionary activities. Looking at everything in front of us, it was as if history was repeating itself. Red rice, pumpkin soup, digging wild vegetables, and also serving as food. Chairman Mao and we fight and win every day. As the Red Journey drew to a close, all employees of Beiote savored the Red Army meal and reminisced about the life of the Red Army. After lunch, everyone embarked on the return journey with a sense of reluctance towards Jinggangshan, ending their happy red journey!
This two and a half day team building activity not only promoted the emotions between employees, but also strengthened the determination of enterprise employees to unite and work hard, work together, and achieve the company's goals by simulating the Red Army team to reproduce the "Three Bay Adaptation" and "Field Rescue". It also created a more upward corporate culture, laying a more solid foundation for achieving the company's vision and goals! I believe that under the guidance of the "spiritual leader" represented by Chairman Zhu Yongbin in the board of directors, we Beiote will gather all our strength and will definitely create new brilliance and continue to write a magnificent chapter!
